Sports Drinks Could Be Damaging Your Teeth
If your diet is well balanced then you probably don’t need a sugary sports drink to support your game. Often wholefoods like fruit are a good source of natural sugars to give your energy a boost, and are much better for your teeth than sports drinks loaded with sugar and chemicals. If you need to hydrate during a game, then water is a great option.

Although certain sports injuries can damage the teeth regardless, often weaker teeth are easier to damage.
